4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zx555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin (BTC). Available methods and associated minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. The zx555 Platform operates natively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, bet stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion or cryptocurrency transaction context.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount via JazzCash or EasyPaisa is five hundred Pakistani Rupees (Rs 500). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and cryptocurrency channels are displayed within the Cashier at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified zx555 accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within a target of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes during normal processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times outside zx555's control. Note on Cryptocurrency: zx555 accepts USDT and BTC deposits. Cryptocurrency values are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. zx555 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of a deposit instruction and its network confirmation.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers available on the zx555 Platform are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotional terms and these General Terms, the promotional terms prevail for that offer only. General terms govern in all other respects.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players may be eligible to claim a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. 6.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided by zx555 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or abandonment, market suspension due to incorrect odds posting, match-fixing investigations initiated by a recognised sporting authority, obvious system errors producing incorrect odds, or incomplete events that do not reach the minimum required state for settlement.

11.2 zx555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your zx555 account in the sixty (60) day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 zx555 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, internet service provider outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or third-party payment processor failures.

The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Notwithstanding the above, zx555 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce any obligation owed to it by you where immediate judicial relief is necessary.
14.1 zx555 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Reasons for amendment may include but are not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the gaming licence, introduction of new Platform products or services, and improvements to Platform security or responsible gaming policies.
14.2 Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address registered to their zx555 account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification displayed at login.
